Okay, FINALLY! A true expansion for “Shadows Over Camelot”. It’s called “Merlin’s Company” and according to the Days of Wonder website, it includes 7 new characters and Merlin himself as an independent character in the game. Merlin travels around the board, helping various knights in their quests. The expansion also has 63 new cards. But here’s the kicker: this expansion can be played with two possible Traitors! Can you imagine? The game is nearly impossible to win with just one Traitor. The only times I’ve ever played this game and won has been when we left the traitor out. Anyway, it does look like fun. I’ve gotten a bit bored with the regular “Shadows Over Camelot” game itself, so this would definitely breathe new life to this game. Comes out in July 2008. I can’t wait!
